5 key games in the GPL match day12

Eight games will be staged at different venues and time on match day 12 of the 2019/2020 Ghana premier league. The team of 433ghana.com has selected the five key games that shouldn’t be missed.

Asante Kotoko versus Bechem United

On Friday, 28th February 2020 at the Ohene Gyan Stadium at 19:00 GMT, Kumasi Asante Kotoko will be playing their first game at their newly adopted home grounds as they play host to Bechem United. Asante Kotoko will be looking forward to turn things around after their chairman Dr. Kwame Kyei bashed them for their poor performance lately.
Visitors Bechem United will not make it easy for Asante Kotoko as they also believe a win can boost their chances of staying in the title race. Asante Kotoko are currently 5th with 18 points on the table while visitors Bechem United are 6th with 17 points on the table after 11 games.

Accra Hearts of Oak versus Elmina Sharks

On Sunday 1st March 2020, at 15:00 GMT at the Ohene Gyan Sports Stadium, Accra Hearts of Oak will be hosting Elmina Sharks to battle for points that can boost their chances of contending for the league title. Accra Hearts are currently placed 9th with 16 points on the league table while visitors Elmina Sharks are placed with 17 points on the league table after 11 games.

Berekum Chelsea versus King Faisal

On Sunday 1st March 2020 at 15:00 GMT at the Golden City Park, in form Berekum Chelsea will hosting out of form King Faisal. King Faisal who have not recorded a win since the commencement of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier league season will be looking forward to shock their hosts to record their first win of the season. Berekum Chelsea who are also venomous at home will be squeezing out all three points from King Faisal to still boost his chances of being in contention for the league title. Berekum Chelsea are currently placed 4th with 20 points on the league while visitors King Faisal are 18th with 5 points after 11 games.

Ebusua Dwarfs versus Inter Allies

On Sunday, 1st March 2nd 2020, at 15:00 GMT at the Cape Coast Stadium, Ebusua Dwarfs will be hosting Inter Allies with the aim of squeezing points out of them to propel their chances of escaping relegation. Visitors Inter Allies will also be searching for a point at the Cape Coast Stadium to prevent them from falling into the relegation zone. Ebusua Dwarfs are now 17th with 10 points on the league table while Inter Allies are 11th with 14 points on the league table after 11 games.

Medeama versus Great Olympics

At the Tarkwa Akoon Park on Monday, 2nd March 2020 at 15:00 GMT, Medeama SC will be playing as host to Accra Great Olympics.
A lot will be at stake in this game for both teams as they will be risking to drop points.
Accra Great Olympics will have to do the unthinkable to amass all three points at the fortress of Medeama SC to avoid the relegation zone while a win for Medeama SC will enable them usurp Ashanti Gold if they drop points in their game with WAFA at Sogakope. Medeama SC are now 2nd with 21 points on the league table while Accra Great Olympics are 15th with 11 points after 11 games.
