Former Hearts of Oak great, Ishmael Addo has heap praise on “Deadly” Asamoah Gyan citing he the best player the nation’s football has ever seen.
According to Addo, a record 51 goals as the country’s all-time top scorer is no mean achievement and has positioned himself well for legendary status.
Speaking with television network TV3, Ishmael Addo said:
“He is one of the deadliest strikers I have seen and a good chap, for me he is the best Ghana football has ever seen trust me.”
Asamoah at age 34 was named Ghana’s general captain during the last AFCON in Egypt and has no plans of hanging his boots anytime soon.
