The first leg of the U-17 Women’s World Cup qualifier between Ghana and Morocco will be refereed by Burundi official, Suavis Iratunga.
According to the GFA, Suavis Iratunga will be assisted by compatriots Fides Bangurambona, Arcella Uwizera and Aline Umutoni who will serve as the first and second assistants and the fourth official.
Latré-Kayi Edzona Lawson Hogban from Togo has also been named as the Match Commissioner with Ghana’s Christiana Baah being appointed as the COVID-19 Officer for the game.
The Black Maidens face Morocco at 3pm on Friday, May 20, 2022, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The winner over the two legs will qualify for the FIFA Women’s U-17 World Cup to be hosted by India later this year.
