All African football eyes will be on Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup Semi-Finals when tournament debutants, Dreams FC of Ghana play host to seasoned African football campaigners, Zamalek FC in Kumasi.
While two former champions are scheduled to face each other head on when RS Berkane of Morocco face off against Algeria’s USM Alger.

RS Berkane: Moroccans looking to reclaim their title
The Moroccans lifted the CAF Confederation Cup twice and are eager to do it again at the expense of current champions, USM Alger.
The Moroccans have been one of the best teams of the competition, finishing top of their group without a loss and looking like a team that is ready to sweep anything that is in front of a third continental title for them.

CAF Confederation Cup reigning champions, USM Alger are not only the competition’s champions, but did the unthinkable when sinking Africa’s most successful club, Al Ahly in the CAF Super Cup to become continental kings last season.
While going into the clash with a bruising 3-0 defeat, the Algerians’ taste of continental glory still lingers in their minds and will look back to that for inspiration to potential reverse the result.
