Coach Ben Hayford wins first game in charge as Hasaacas Coach

Sekondi Hasaacas handed a bit of footballing lessons to Achiken FC as they walloped them 3-0 kind courtesy Daniel Egyin and Roger Lamptey in their match day 9 of the Division one league.

Coach Ben Hayford in his debut game against Achiken made 4 changes to the squad that lost to Proud United bringing back Anthony Brebo to his post and starting Eric Quarshie, Justice Torsutey and Samuel Afful.

Sekondi Hasaacas were full of new life on the field making them entertain their fans with a new breed of soccer. It didn’t take long for them to find the back of the net in the 7th minute through Daniel Efyin.

Visitors Achiken nearly made amends before the end of the first half but were denied by Anthony Brebo which ended the first half by 1-0 in favor of Sekondi Hasaacas.

Sekondi Hasaacas new tactician Ben Hayford was sure a 1-0 lead wasn’t enough to give them a breathing space so he introduced Roger Lamptey who replaced Samuel Afful.

Coach Ben Hayford’s tactical substitution paid off after Roger Lamptey who came in for Samuel Afful conjured a magic to put 2 goals in the net of Achiken FC sealing their lead and amassing all three points for them.
