Former head coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Bashir Hayford has revealed why most coaches will love to handle the Kumasi based club even when they won’t be paid a penny.
The ex Ashanti Gold coach was in charge when Kumasi Asante Kotoko won the Ghana Premier League title in the 2017/18 season.
In an exclusive interview with West FM, the former Black Queen gaffer said:
“You have to manage yourself and do something to improve your CV.”
“People accord you the needed respect and pat your shoulders when they realize you’ve coach Kotoko before because it isn’t a small club.
“Everyone wants to coach Kotoko. Coaches will still come chasing for the job even if the salary cap is pegged at GhC 200.00.
