As part of reforms to enhance administrative success at the club, a new structure has been instituted by the club’s Board following a management meeting Thursday, October 22, 2020.
General Manager
The General Manager who was formally referred to as the administrative manager will oversee the day-to-day activities of the club and will be assisted by a deputy – Deputy General Manager.
Head Of Dreams Media
This position was formerly referred to as the communications director. The head of Dreams Media will manage and direct media department of the club as well as handle all internal and external communications.
Other administrative roles remain unchanged.
Former administrative manager Ameenu Shardow has been elevated to a new role as the General Manager of Dreams FC.
This comes after the club announced a new management structure as part of its reforms to ensure the continuous growth of the Dreams FC brand.
Since joining the club in 2016, Shardow has served in the role of Administrative Manager and has played a key role in the recent successes of the club.
His wealth of experience has seen him play vital roles for the Ghana League Club Association, notable among these include the successful organization of the 2018 GHALCA G8 Tournament.
Meanwhile, a Deputy General Manager is set to be soon announced by the club.
Meanwhile the Board of Dreams Football Club has named Derrick .A. Okraku as the new head of the club’s communication wing, Dreams Media.
Okraku fills the role which has been vacant for some time now following the appointment of the former Communication Director Henry Asante Twum as the new Communication Director of the Ghana Football Association.
Since his appointment in 2015, Okraku acted as deputy head of the department while doubling as Corporate Affairs Manager.
The creative Okraku’s ability to lead the media team can’t be questioned and the board believes with his worth of knowledge the Dreams FC brand will see incredible growth.
