According to Edwin Frimpong, who played with the Porcupine Warriors from 2015 to 2018, if they had handled their disagreements better, things would have been different in Kotoko last season.
“Unity is key, along with the money, if you want to compete with the big clubs,” Frimpong told Kessben Sports.
They (Kotoko) ought to set aside their differences and get together in order to reclaim their former glory. They can easily take home the league championship if it occurs. They could have easily won the league last year, but their rivalries prevented it.
As they prepare to defend their title, the Ghanaian giants will begin their preseason workouts on Tuesday, August 8 2023, with newly appointed head coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum.
