Fulham and Everton have entered the race to sign Ghanaian winger Joseph Paintsil after a stellar season with KRC Genk.
The 26 year old has already popped up on the radar of giants Arsenal and will have to fend off competition from the two to secure his signature.
The mercurial winger had a tremendous campaign with Genk in the just ended season after scoring 18 goals and provided 14 assists in 39 game outings across all competitions.
His sterling performance which aided the Cegeka Arena outfit to finish second on the 2022/23 Belgian Jupilier Pro League table, has attracted him interest from several clubs in Europe for a possible switch this summer.
Fulham and Everton have reportedly contacted Genk officially, seeking for his service and are willing to meet his buyout clause.
Paintsil, who has a contract with KRC Genk until the summer of 2026, has a price tag of 9 million euros according to transfermarket.com
