GFA notifies Hearts Coaches on complaints by Medeama SC

The Head and Assistant Coaches of Accra Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu and Hamza Obeng Mohammed have been notified of cases filed against them by their former employers Medeama Sc. Both were swerved on Monday morning according to a report on OYEREPA TV.

Coach Boadu and his assistant, Hamza Obeng, have been at the heart of a controversy where Medeama are demanding a total sum of GH¢387,000 as compensation from the duo for “unilateral breach of contract” after quitting their jobs for the vacant positions at Hearts.

According to the Tarkwa based side, Boadu parted ways with the club two months into a new two-year contract last February.

Medeama last week petitioned the FA demanding a compensation of GH¢320,000 from Coach Boadu for breach of contract, and a total of GH¢67,000 from Obeng based on the residual values of the remaining months on their contracts.
