The Ghana Premier League continues this weekend with a lot at stake for clubs battling for supremacy and those fighting to avoid the drop.

Nsoatreman FC host Aduana FC in the Bono derby to kick start match day 11 on Saturday November 16, 2024.

The Nsuatre-based side will be eager to return to winning ways after losing 3-0 at Nations FC at the weekend. They come up against an Aduana side that are on a resurgence, setting the stage for an enthralling contest at the Nana Kronmansah Park.

Accra Lions FC will take on in-form Heart of Lions at the University of Ghana Stadium in Saturday’s other Premier League match. Lions lost 2-1 at Basake Holy Stars and will be aiming to rewrite the script against Lions at home. Heart of Lions jumped to third in the table after a solitary 1-0 win over Berekum Chelsea at home at the weekend.

The remaining seven matches take place across the country on Sunday November 17, 2024.

Asante Kotoko SC, who are without a win in their last three matches, host Nations FC in the Ashanti derby at the Len Clay Stadium in Obuasi on Sunday. The Porcupine Warriors must pull the chestnut out of the blazing fire to overcome the most in-form team in the Premier League so far. Nations, second in the table, are enjoying a fabulous run under Kasim Mingle, winning five, drawing four and suffering just a defeat in 10 outings so far.

Struggling Karela United welcome Hearts of Oak to the Aliu Mahama Stadium in Tamale on Sunday, desperate to turn around their dwindling fortunes. United find themselves in the bottom three after a difficult start to the 2024-25 Premier League campaign. Hearts will be aiming for their third successive win following triumphs over Medeama SC and Vision FC.
