The complete qualifying calendar has been released, and Ghana will begin their path to the 2026 FIFA World Cup with a home match against Madagascar in November 2023.
The Black Stars are grouped with Mali, Comoros, Central African Republic, Chad, and Madagascar in Group I. This grouping was decided upon at the July draw ceremony.
Ghana will welcome Madagascar, widely known as the Barea, from November 13 to November 21 as they begin their campaign for a place in the international football spectacle in 2026.
After that, during the same month of November, the team will go to Comoros for their second qualifying encounter. The final eight games will take place in 2024 and 2025.
