Sekondi Hasaacas continued their unbeaten run today by drawing 0-0 with rivals Skyy FC at the Sekondi Sports Stadium in game 5 of the Division 1 league zone 2.
Goalkeeper Ebenezer Jarkwei’s heroic efforts in the additional time saved Sekondi Hasaacas from a last minute scare from Skyy FC that would have dampened the team’s hope of qualifying to the Ghana premier league next season.
In the first half of the game, both sides kept their supporters on tenterhooks as they played cautiously to avoid conceding.
The away team in the first five minutes had a one on one chance through Emmanuel Eshun but goalkeeper Ebenezer Jarkwai was in the way to prevent them from registering an early goal.
Sekondi Hasacas also had chances through Sampson Eduku and Samuel Afful Okocha but wasn’t fully executed.
Skyy Fc in the middle of the second half was the best team as most of the possession was won by them and was a threat surging forward through Emmanuel Mamatah and Sannie Ibrahim.
The two coaches of both teams, Coach Joseph Agyemang Junior of Sekondi Hasaacas and Coach Maleek of Skyy FC display of tactical brilliance was enough to end the game by 0-0
