Former Hearts of Oak defender Joe Addo has started why the club jas gone on a trophy drought for a decade now since winning the Ghana Premier League in 2009.
According to Addo, the constant sacking of coaches in the last decade is a major cause of the club’s struggles.
The former Corporate Affairs and Marketing Manager and also Chief Scout in an interview with Joy Fm said:
”The main thing we lack at Hearts of Oak is consistency. I think we should pick one coach, give him the power to go ahead for a long time.”
”If we change our policies every now and then, it will not help us.”
Accra Hearts Of Oak have sacked 19 coaches in ten years with Edward Odoom serving as the current boss.
