The board of Accra Hearts of Oak is debating building a stadium with modular seating similar to Phoenix Rising FC’s in the United States.

The majority of us had our doubts about Pobiman, the Commercial Center, Phobia House, and Senior Players Apartment, yet all of these have been completed in less than three years.
