Hearts want Contract renegotiation with Nigerien Midfielder

The Accra based side has in a letter dated Tuesday 6th April 2020 has requested for meeting with their Nigerien midfielder Abdourahamane Lawali to renegotiate terms of the contract between the two parties.

The letter intercepted by Oyerepa FM/TV the Phobians claim his contract was to take effect in March 2020 but due to COVID-19 it did in October 2020 hence the need to renegotiate.

“You entered into contract agreement with the club in March ,2020 which was to take effect immediately. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 and its related issues your effective date of return to honour terms of the contract was in October, 2020”

“The Club wishes to renegotiate the terms of the contract to include and reflect your effective date of return to the country to honour the contract agreement” the letter read.

Management of the club want to meet the player and his intermediary at the club’s Secretariat at 13 Sabukwe Road ,Adabraka by 7th April 2021 at 10am.

Abdourahmane Lawali has been injured for close to 10weeks.
