I HAVE LOST PASSION FOR FOOTBALL – EMMANUEL FRIMPONG

Former England youth international, Emmanuel Frimpong has revealed that constant injury situations which wrecked his football career caused him to have no more love for football again.

Emmanuel Frimpong who once captained the U- 16 of the three lions was forced to leave the field at the age of 29.

Emma who has featured for many teams like Arsenal,Fulham,wolves, Charlton Athletic, Arsenal tula and other teams in Sweden and then Cyprus. The former combative midfielder revealed on GTV Sports plus that, He lost passion for football at a point in time.

“To be honest,for the past couple of years,I have lost passion for football because when you love something that much and it brings a sorrowful end,it makes the passion goes down”.

“For the past couple of years,I have been focusing on other things. I have had to get myself back together and at the Moment,I think it’s the right time for me to start something” He concluded.

Frimpong was capped once for Ghana .
