Hearts of Oak captain Fatawu Mohammed has questioned the quality of Cameroonian duo of Franck Mbella and Georges Mfegue.
He says the Asante Kotoko striking duo cannot claim superiority when he’s playing with a superstar like Sulley Muntari at Hearts of Oak.
Mbella and Mfegue are in imperious form since signing for the Porcupine Warriors at the start of the season, scoring a combined 15 goals at the end of the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
The two Cameroonians were tipped to torment Hearts of Oak in Sunday’s Super Clash, but they were largely kept in check by the Phobians’ backline.
‘I’m playing with Sulley Muntari and you are mentioning Mbella and Mfegue, who are they?’ he told Silver FM.
‘I’m playing with Muntari and you are telling me Mbella will do me this, what will Mbella do?’
‘They are not playing any extraordinary ball in Ghana. They are playing the same ball Ghanaian strikers are playing.
‘It’s some favor that has come and they’ve scored some goals and Ghanaians are hyping them.’
