Italian Serie A side targets January swoop for in-form Ghana forward Bernard Tekpetey.

Ghana international, Bernard Tekpetey has become a transfer target of an Italian Serie A club following his top form in Europe since the start of the 2022/23 football season.

.The Ghanaian is having a very strong season, with 22 matches so far in all competitions, in which he has scored a total of ten goals – six goals and four assists. Tekpetei was instrumental in the emphatic 2-0 win over HIK in the Europa League, setting up Rick Jonathan’s second goal himself.

Bernard Tekpetei was a transfer target by Olympiakos and Trabzonspor, but Ludogorets decided to keep him, as they have serious goals in Europe.

The 25-year-old speedster is valued at three million euros by Tranfermarkt, which is an amount that Bologna would pay for the Ghanaian. The club is currently 17th in the table after a poor start which cost the sacking of coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
