The youngster, featuring in his 16th league appearance this season, rose to the occasion, heading home a Harvey Elliott cross to put the Reds 3-1 up in the second half.
Liverpool started strong with an own goal from Emiliano Martinez. Youri Tielemans equalized for Villa before Cody Gakpo restored the lead for the home side. Quansah’s header seemed to have secured the win, but a late double from Jhon Duran for Villa snatched a dramatic point.
Despite the draw, Liverpool remain in third place on the Premier League table with 79 points after 37 games. They face Wolverhampton Wanderers in their final league fixture on May 19th.
