Ghanaian International Jonathan Mensah has signed for Major League Soccer (MLS) side San Jose Earthquakes. Mensah last played for Columbus Crew and led them to win the MLS trophy in 2021.
The defender announced he has officially joined San Jose Earthquake via his social media handles. Mensah’s wealth of experience makes him a good addition to his new club.
The defender after winning the under-20 African Cup and FIFA World Cup in 2009 rose to prominence and became a fully fleged international at senior level. He was part of the Ghana team which qualified to the quarterfinals of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
