Jordan Ayew claims he’s focused on winning rather than creating personal records

Jordan Pierre Ayew has been quite phenomenal for Crystal Palace this season.He has scored some crucial goals which has propelled them into the 11th position on the English Premier league table.

The Ghanaian Forward’s last goal came against Watford on Saturday the 7th of March 2020 in their 1-0 win at the Selhurst Park.His goal ensured maximum points for the Eagles in what was a hard fought win

“Watford gave us a very, very good game and I think it was a game where we fought hard. We got the three points but we need to keep going and see where we get to,” he said after the game.

“The most important thing for us is to keep winning games, to keep having a positive vibe at the Training Ground and in the dressing room. We have to keep going to make supporters happy,” he added.

The most important thing is the teammates and the manager are giving me the freedom to play and to express myself and that’s what is making me do all the things I’m doing today.”

Jordan’s goal was his 8th of the season surpassing his personal best of 7.He has 24 goals in the EPL a record he now shares with ex Ghanaian International Tony Yeboah
