Wolves have confirmed the signing of Matheus Cunha from Atletico Madrid with Wolves manager Julien Lopetegui highly expectant of the former Atletico man.
Cunha will join wolves immediately the January transfer window opens for a new chapter of his career in the Premier League.
However, Lopetegui believes that focus must be placed heavily on the current players that Wolves have to be able to compete in the upcoming Premier League games in Cunha’s absence.
The former Sevilla boss says that Cunha is a complete forward and a good signing for the present and future of Wolves football club.
Also, he indicated that Cunha’s physicality and technical gifts will be crucial to his adaptation in the Premier League.
