Jurgen Klopp reportedly declined an offer from U.S. Soccer as the organization begins its search for a new head coach for the U.S. Men’s National Team.(USMNT).

Following the dismissal of Gregg Berhalter, U.S. Soccer reached out to Klopp, leveraging their connection through USWNT boss Emma Hayes, to explore the possibility of him taking on the role.

However, according to The Athletic, Klopp has decided to turn down the approach, expressing his desire to take a break from the sport after leaving Liverpool earlier this year. Despite his refusal, U.S. Soccer remains interested in the German coach.
