Owner of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has set up a three-member committee to investigate the administration of Dr. Kwame Kyei.
The committee is been led by Professor Lydia Nkansah, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Kwame Nkrumah of Science and Technology, and will be assisted Kofi Owusu, Lawrence Bruce Kyei who is a legal practitioner.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the most decorated club in Ghana has been hit with several challenges in recent times especially in the tenure of Dr. Kwame Kyei, the chairman of the club.
A most recent one was a fine of $240,000 by FIFA on the club’s transfer irregularities of former striker Emmanuel Clottey, which authorities deem as unacceptable.
