Former Black Stars Head Coach, Avram Grant has heaped praises on current Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku by describing him as a knowledgeable guy and the right man to lead Ghana Football.
Avram Grant coached the Black Stars at two different tournament; 2015 and 2017 Africa Cup of Nations and has experience and knows Ghana Football well.
Speaking in an interview with 433ghana.com, the experienced Manager at both club level and national team hailed the knowledge of GFA President Kurt Okraku and added that he is the right man to lead Ghana Football.
According to Avram Grant, he has known Kurt Okraku for sometime and his few engagements with him proves that he is very knowledgeable and a good guy in football management.
“I have known Kurt Okraku for many years, he is a very good football man, I met him in London few times and all I can say is that he is a good man and has lot of knowledge in football, he knows Ghana very well also.
“I’m sure he was given a few target to win a trophy. I think the target shouldn’t be about winning a trophy, winning the trophy has to be in the blood of the Ghanain people because they have the quality to do that, the target is what to do to achieve it and I think Kurt has all the knowledge to do it” Avram Grant told 433ghana.com.
