Inter Milan star Kwadwo Asamoah has donated $20,000 cash to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital today as Ghana continues to combat the deadly coronavirus.
Kumasi, where the donation was made has recorded more cases in Ghana aside from Accra, and the city is currently part of the lockdown areas as part of the measure to curb the pandemic.
As of Tuesday, April 14, 2020, the nation had recorded 636 positive cases with 8 already confirmed dead.
Football activities in the country are currently on hold just as the situation in most parts of Europe due to the pandemic.
