Accra-based club Legon Cities FC have captured the signature of long-term target Jonah Attuquaye from Berekum Chelsea with the resumption of the league still engulfed in doubts.
Attuquaye has put pen to paper and signed a long-term agreement with the Royals of Ghana football after completing a mandatory medical.
The forward was in sensational form in the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier season before fooball was placed on hiatus as a result of the coronavirus disease.
After netting a winner for Berekum Chelsea against premier league giants Accra Hearts of Oak, Attuquaye has never looked back and his subsequent performances have seduced some of the big clubs on the local scene.
It is believed that the player will be unveiled when football in Ghana finally resumes.
