The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana football association has slapped the President of AshantiGold SC, Dr Kwaku Frimpong with 10year ban from football related activities, with additional GHC 100, 000 fine over match-fixing against Inter Allies.
Also, his son Emmanuel Frimpong who is the CEO of the club will serve 8yrs ban with an additional fine of GHC 50,000.
AshantiGold SC who were found guilty of match fixing against Inter Allies on matchday 35 in the 2020/2021 Ghana premier league season will be playing in the Division two league next season.
