The devastating news that midfielder Manuel Mantey won’t be available for the thrilling CAF Champions League match against Horoya AC on Saturday has struck a huge blow to Medeama.
The 19-year-old sustained the injury on September 20, 2023, during our Ghana Premier League 2023–24 opener against Accra Lions, and has been a crucial part of the team ever since.
The excellent midfielder’s absence is a huge setback to the Ghanaian powerhouses, who had hoped to have him in their lineup for the thrilling match at the GLC Nongo Stadium in Conakry.
