The senior national team black stars of Ghana, today at the Cape Coast stadium had their first training session ahead of their world cup Qatar 2022 qualifiers against Zimbabwe.

The session, had twenty seven players to start including Abedi Pele’s duo Andre Ayew, captain of the side and Jordan Ayew who is of crystal palace fame, yet to make an impact under new manager Patrick Veira.

Still making the list was Kudus Mohammed of Ajax who unfortunately could not featured for stars in their second group game against south africa back at the FNB stadium which then head coach CK Akonnor lead charge, suffered 1-0 defeat to the Bafana Bafana’s.

Thomas Partey also returns to the team after suffering an injury since the stars 1-0 home win over Ethiopia in their first qualifying match yet at the Cape Coast stadium.

Jeffrey Schlupp makes the list, coming in with a super zeal after putting parity, crystal palace with lesceister city over the weekend in the English topflight football and perhaps with Jojo Wallocot from swindon town football club which an English fourth tier side, represent for his maiden black stars call up.

The black stars team lies third on the table in a group of south africa, Ethiopia and Zimbabwe after two round of matches.

Notwithstanding, absence from the list is good old Mubarak Wakaso who recently saw his eviction from the squad with Alfred Duncan of Sasuolo fame by new appointed manager, coaçh Milovan Rajevac.
