Hearts Of Oak coach Kosta Papic has attributed his side’s goalless draw against Berekum Chelsea to the poor nature of the pitch in Berekum.
After failing to convert any of the chances created, Papic went ahead to extend porting of the blame to his players citing that they were comfortable drawing despite the poor state of the pitch.
“The pitch didn’t help us but I think my players didn’t want to win the match. They were comfortable with the draw against Berekum Chelsea.” Papic said after the game.
The result moves Hearts Of Oak to second position on the league table with 16 points with the other clubs yet to play in week 10.
