Am pleading with GFA and MoYS to come to my aid – Kofi Abbrey

1982 African Cup winner Kofi Abbrey is pleading with the Ghana Football Association and Ministry of Youth and Sports to come his aid.

“Once I have served the nation, I will be happy if the Ghana Football Association and Ministry of Youth and Sports pays attention to me.

Kofi Abbrey in an interview with Kwesi Koomson on Pa2Pa Sports on Sekondi/Takoradi radio station Kingdom Fm said neither the anyone from the Ghana Football Association nor the Ministry of Youth and Sports tried to check up on him even when was sick.

“Neither the Ghana Football Association nor the Ministry Of Youth have checked up on me before even when I was sick. It’s my children who takes care of me.”

He added it’s about time both of these major stake holders of the game pays attention to them because they have served the nation well.

“It’s not only me who is sick, there are a lot of players who are sick and don’t hear from any these people which I think is bad.
