Prince Opoku secures second away win for Medaema SC

Medeama SC recorded their second away win of the 2020 Ghana Premier league season winning in their match day 11 clash with Inter Allies at the Ohene Gyan sports stadium.

Medeama SC who were not the favorite heading into the game due to their poor away form shocked home side Inter Allies with goals from Kofi Babil and former New Edubiase player Prince Opoku Agyemang.

Medeama SC went into the game without their head coach Samuel Boadu. The mauve and yellow who headed into the game as wounded after their shocking defeat at the Tarkwa Akoon park, registered the first goal of the game through Kofi Babil in the 15th minute. Prince Opoku Agyemang knowing just a goal isn’t enough to secure a victory against a resilient Inter Allies who has Victorien Adebayor added the the second goal in the 64th minute sealing the second away victory for Medeama SC.

The home side kept the visitors at bay in the dying minutes of the game in search of goals despite being walloped by 2-0 ended up reducing the deficit through Victorien Adebayor’s wonderful strike ending the game by 2-1 in favor of the visitors.
