The transfer of midfielder and captain Richard Boadu from Asante Kotoko to Al Ahly SC in Libya has been officially announced.
After playing for Medeama SC for a while, Boadu, who started his football career with Asante Kotoko’s youth team, returned to the organisation in September 2021.
He was a crucial part of Asante Kotoko’s success during his time there, and he helped them win the 2021–2022 Premier League season.
Boadu was chosen as the Club captain at the beginning of the 2022–2023 season in recognition of his tenacity, dedication, and stellar accomplishments.
