Great Olympics recorded a narrow win over Hearts of Oak at the Ohene Stadium on Wednesday afternoon in match-week 19 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Wonder club scored a second half penalty to snatch all three points after Otanga had poorly brought Michael Osei down in the box. Samuel Ashie Quaye subsequently scored from the spot to win the game.
Speaking in an interview with StarTimes after the game, the Serbian tactician expressed his disappointment towards the referee’s performance and added that led to their defeat.
“I am disappointed in the referee, about 25 fouls committed against us but the referee just ignored, as if we were playing basketball.”
Hearts of Oak will play Asante Kotoko in the capital on Sunday- in a game which will also be served as the President’s Cup.
