Former Asante Kotoko Head Coach Steve Polack has expressed his displeasure in the management of Asante Kotoko for neglecting him and the entire team three years after their tragic car accident which claimed the life of their equipment officer.
The news broke on Wednesday night that Asante Kotoko have suffered fatal accident on the Nkakwa road after their 1-0 defeat to Inter Allies in match day 22 of the 2016-2017 Ghana Premier League season.
Three years after the unfortunate incident, victims are yet to receive their compensation, the head coach during the incidence has expressed his displeasure in the management.
“Basically it’s a human thing that you do that, you come to your employee’s aid when there have been kind of problem like what happened”-Polack Told Wuntumi Fm
“You are an employee and you are working for an employer, you expect them (employer) to take care of you whatever happens to you during your contract so yes we are expecting them(Asante Kotoko) to do that.
“Let’s be honest, they are adult, they should know these things; If the table turns and it happens to them, how will they feel, three years after the accident we still haven’t been compensated, had that happened to them wouldn’t they have compensated themselves?” He quizzed.
