The Accra Sports Stadium will host the Top 6 tournament, according to the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA).
The season-opening tournament has been scheduled for August 17, 2022.
The tournament is intended for the top six clubs from the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League season, but champions Asante Kotoko SC have declined to participate.
They were replaced by Berekum Chelsea, who finished seventh in the league standings.
Medeama SC, Bechem United, Karela United, Great Olympics, and Hearts of Oak are the remaining teams in the pre-season tournament.
