Ex Hearts Of Oak midfielder Ollenu Ashitey has admitted there has been no regret over his decision to exit Hearts of Oak to join their sworn rivals Asante Kotoko.
Ashitey joined Kumasi Asante Kotoko in January 2017 after he refused to extend his stay with Hearts Of Oak.
In an interview with Kumasi based Sikka FM, Ollenu:
“I don’t regret and I’ll never regret leaving Hearts of Oak for Asante Kotoko.”
“I left Hearts of Oak for Asante Kotoko because of the ‘good money’ they offered me. Life is all about money after God.”
The 25-year-old failed at Kotoko and spent one season in the 2017/2018 Ghana football season.
Ashitey recently signed for Eleven Wonders FC in Techiman in an attempt to relaunch his career.
