Emmanuel Keyekeh has claimed that he will not follow money and leave Karela United in their current state.
He explained that even though the decision to either stay or leave depends on him and his management, he is still willing to stay with the club until they survive their relegation battle.
Despite being one of the most sought after players in the Ghana Premier league, Emmanuel Keyekeh insists that he wants to help the team obtain a better position in the current campaign before he considers a move elsewhere.
“Sometimes, the football decisions depend on my management but a greater part of it also depends on me, I cannot follow money and abandon the team because of our current position in the league standings. We have to help lift the team from the relegation zone before one can consider moving elsewhere so that when you go somewhere else you’ll know that you left the team after making the necessary arrangements”. He said in an interview on Westend radio
Karela United lie on the 17th position on the league table with just 11 points after 15 matches.
