In the ongoing CAF Confederation Cup’s second preliminary round, Dreams FC will face FC Kallon.
Dreams upset Guinea’s Milo FC de Kankan in the previous round, and the club is confident going into this matchup after drawing motivation from that victory.
Contrarily, FC Kallon received a walkover to this round because their match with Senegal’s AS Douanes was postponed.
FC Kallon was defeated at this stage by Future FC of Egypt last year.
Given that both teams want to advance to the next round of the competition, the matchup should be extremely intense.
Speaking ahead of the game at the press conference, Dreams FC assistant coach confirmed there are some minor injuries in his camp but he won’t reveal the names of the players because it is an “in house” issue.
He adds, “Remember this is a press conference, and anything I say could have a negative or positive impact. “
The match will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, September 15 at exactly 4:00pm local time.
