Yaw Acheampong suggests measures to be used in playing the league in the midst of covid-19 outbreak

Coach Yaw Acheampong who has revealed he has really missed football has suggested some measures that can be put in place to continue the league despite covid-19 outbreak in the country which has forced the President to place a ban on public gathering which includes football.

The president as part of his measures in combating the spread of covid-19 in the country, placed a ban on public gatherings including footballing events which Yaw Acheampong has suggested some measures like social distancing, hand washing and wearing of nose masks at various match venues if football to continues.

In an interview with western region’s ace sports journalist Alex Adu, he said “if you look at our league, most of the stadiums are not full so we can practice social distancing there. We can also protect ourselves by wearing nose masks, washing our hands and even using hand sanitizers.”
